• Ramanath Krishnan: He might be the oldest member of the list. He was one of the world’s leading players in the 1950s and 1960s. He was awarded the Arjuna award in 1961, the Padma Shri in 1962 and the Padma Bhushan in 1967.

• Sania Mirza: The only female tennis player in the list and for that particular reason took thye world by the storm in her debut. She became the first Indian to win a WTA Tour title of any kind.

• Rohan Bopanna: He is slowly making his way to the top, one title at a time. He is the winner of two ATP doubles titles.

• Mahesh Bhupathi: He is regarded as the best doubles players in the world with 11 Grand Slam titles to his credit. He is the recipient of 2001’s Padma Shri award.

• Leander Paes: Leander Paes profile speaks for itself. He is regarded as the best tennis player in Inida. Leander Paes has three great sports honors to his credit- he Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna award, Padma Shri Award and the Arjuna Award.

Harbajan Singh is India’s fantastic offspin bowler. His full name is Harbajan Singh Plaha and he was a captain of IPL Mumbai Indians and Ranji Trophy 2012 to 2013 season in the Punjab state. His major teams are India, Mumbai Indians, Surrey, Asia XI, India Green, Punjab and Lancashire. His batting and bowling styles is right hand and right arm off break. He took 400 Test Wickets, this is the best achievement of Harbajan. Muttiah Muralitharan is the number one wicket takers, he took 800 wickets. Harbajan is the second highest wicket takers.
